To Doctor Zoneraich and all the team at Advanced Fertility Care (AFC),

Thank you for all of your service and assistance to get us pregnant. Our experience at AFC has been very positive and we are thrilled to "graduate" with twins on the way.

From the very first appointment through the last, the team at AFC demonstrated a wonderful work ethic, efficiency, organization and support that far exceeded our previous experiences elsewhere.  We are happy to recommend your practice to friends and family you may need services you provide.

Dr. Z,

This is so very overdue but I wanted to make sure you knew how much you and your staff mean to us.  I want to thank you for so many things.

I want to thank you for our daughter.  She is the light of our lives.

I want to thank you for how much you cared.  I will never forget when we had that first meeting, you told us your goal was take the steps necessary (whatever those may be) in order for us to take home a baby. And you mean it.

I want to thank you for your attention to detail.  I will never forget how you made sure to get to the root of the problem for me and my husband as a couple trying to conceive.

I want to thank you for your honesty.  I will never forget when we were faced with difficult decisions how well you handled it.

I want to thank you for being involved.  I will never forget how you were the one there throughout the entire process monitoring each and every step of the way.

I want to thank you for your kindness.  I will never forget how nice it was to see you smile and shake your hand at every visit.

I want to thank you for the little things.  I will never forget how you wrote "hi mom and dad" on our ultrasound picture when we heard her heart beat for the first time. 

I will never forget when you and your staff called me on speaker phone (with cheers and laughter) to tell me I was pregnant.

I want to thank your staff.  I will never forget how helpful everyone was and how they made a very complicated process easy to understand and follow.  I will never forget their smiles and especially the hug I gave Jennifer the last day I was in your office

It's all because of all of you my dream came true.

Thank you so much for EVERYTHING that you did to help us with our dream of having a baby. Today, holding him in our arms makes all the troubles we endured feel like a distant memory, but we would not have been able to do it with your help, guidance, and treatment. All of the staff was so supportive and we would not hesitate in recommending your office as a trustworthy place to seek fertility treatment. The infertility journey is so grueling - both emotionally and physically- and your office helped make it an easier struggle for us. We now feel our family is complete!

Thank you very much for all the hardwork and attention. We now have two beautiful boys who wouldn't be here without you. We are forever grateful, and you will see us again in about 2 years!

Here is a picture of our daughter. Without you , she would not be in our lives - I don';t know how to thank you enough for the most precious of gifts.

I wanted to share a picture of our boys and to thank you for all you did for us. I still marvel at the miracle of these little guys and I think about how close we came to giving up after our first bad experience with the other clinic. I am so glad I made the call and came in to meet with you. You - and the other wonderful folks there - made all the difference! It was obvious that you really cared about us and that you had the skills, patience, etc. to help us achieve our dream. The words "thank you" don't really seem quite adequate, but thank you very very much!

Dr. Zoneraich provides extremely personal attention. Unlike other doctors, I didn???t feel like a number with him. He was so attentive to everything. He just amazed me because I knew he cared. His personal touch meant the world to us. I am due in September.

Dr. Zoneraich is wonderful. We went to him from last September until May. Anytime I wanted to talk to him, he was there. He's a modern doctor -- a real doctor. I am pregnant and due in December. This was our first time trying. He did all the tests and surgeries himself. He's great.

Jennifer always answered my questions and called me back promptly if I left a message. I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you and the entire team did for us. Our daughter is a true blessing for us and she would not be here if it wasn't for the love and support from all of you. I don't even think that thank you is enough to show our appreciation.

When you have to go through the process of seeing a fertility specialist because you can't get pregnant on your own, it is a very scary situation for a couple because so many things are going through your head that this might not work either, but I have to say after our first meeting I was very confident in Dr. Z and felt very secure knowing that he would be there to hold my hand through the whole thing. After everything we went through, the best day for us was the phone call from Dr. Zoneraich and the team to let us know that we were pregnant. It was one of the happiest days in our lives, next to getting married. :) The saddest day for us was on our final appointment, because we knew that we were moving onto my OB/GYN for the remainder of my pregnancy, and I just wanted to take you guys with me through the whole thing because we had built such a wonderful relationship with everyone in the office. Words can not say enough for what everyone did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

We just wanted to thank you again for all you have given us. We are thrilled the IVF worked the first time, but I was sad to leave your office! You have forever spolied me with your warmth and level of personal care - I will now have high expectations for all other physicians! I really appreciate the fact that you did all the procedures yourself. Thanks for taking such great care of me.

Thanks also to Jennifer and Martha. Jennifer always answered my many questions/phone calls so promptly and Martha was terrific and retrieval and transfer days. We obviously also need to thank the lab for our "super embryo" and updates along the way.

The twins and I are doing very well so far. They are both boys !

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Michele. While it might seem small to most people, the gracious and sensitive way she handled me and my call is just so, SO appreciated! I am sure your job can be stressful for many reasons, so I thank you for taking a moment to put kindness out there to just another stranger on the other end of the phone. You might not think so, but it can make a much bigger impact than you think. Hope you keep it up for all of the others out there like me who might need it.

We are so blessed to have met you. Thank you for treating us like people and not just another number. We truly believe that was the key to our success. We are honored to introduce you to our miracle babies.
