The link below will bring you to the Sign-In screen for our secure Patient Portal. You should have already received your USER NAME and PASSWORD at the time of your initial new patient consultation. If you are an existing patient and have not received this information, please contact the office to do so at 1-866-668-0921.
The Patient Portal gives you 24/7 access to some of your records and permits you to send and receive secure messages to and from the office. You may also use it to update demographic information, view scheduled appointments, communicate with the billing office, make refill requests, and send appointment requests/changes at any time. When you receive a new message from the office, you will receive an email message stating that you have a new portal message with the link to the Sign-In page.
