Frozen Donor Egg Cycle Pricing

Cost Includes:

• Donor/Recipient Match, Monitoring of Recipient’s Cycles
• Frozen Egg Thaw, Egg fertilization with ICSI
• Embryo Transfer, Administrative Fees
• A non-refundable deposit of $5000 is due at the time of donor selection.
• If a recipient desires to reserve additional eggs for future use, or to fertilize additional eggs for embryo storage, a fee of $1,500 per each additional egg will be charged.
• In situations where less than 6 donor eggs are available for a particular donor, the cost of the cycle will be adjusted on a case by case situation.
• Should a cycle result in NO satisfactory embryos for transfer, the price of the cycle will be refunded less the deposit of $ 5,000 which will then be applied to either another frozen donor egg cycle or fresh donor egg cycle performed within the following year.
• Should a cycle result in only 1 satisfactory embryo for transfer, the couple will have the option to proceed with the embryo transfer, or freeze that embryo. If the couple opts to transfer the single embryo, the total cost of the cycle will be discounted by $4000.
