At you initial consultation with Dr. Zoneraich, he will review your medical history and records and determine what diagnostic testing is appropriate for your individual situation. While not all patients require all of the above tests, a thorough diagnostic evaluation is critical in determining the ideal treatment plan, and thus achieving the ultimate goal of pregnancy.

* For patients with insurance coverage for Fertility, please note that Arizona Advanced Reproductive Laboratories, LLC (AARL) does not contract with any insurance companies. Payment for services rendered by AARL (including andrology, reproductive hormone testing, and embryology) will be due at or prior to the start of treatment. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
