IVF Success Rates: Why They Matter

Success rates are a tricky subject – especially in Arizona. Many patients believe that all fertility clinics are the same. They choose a doctor based on which office is closest to their home or where their friend went. They fail to do any research, and can wind up wasting significant amounts of time and money.

Our IVF Success Rates Are Among the Highest in the Country

Fertility Success Rates and Why they MatterAt Advanced Fertility Care, we are proud that our success rates have consistently been some of the highest in the country. We focus all of our marketing initiatives on educating patients on success rates, and how to research success rates. We post our rates, updated quarterly, right on our website for all patients to see. Unfortunately, this is not true for many of the other fertility clinics in Arizona. Many clinics here do not want to talk about success rates. They hide their rates from patients, hoping that you will not realize that fertility success rates are required by federal law to be published by our government on the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) Website.

We STRONGLY encourage all patients to follow this link to the CDC website and spend 15 minutes doing your own research. We are confident that after you see the facts, you will then come back to us for your care.

How Do We Achieve Such High Results?

Many patients ask us how we consistently achieve such high results. Here are a few of the key reasons:

  • Tight quality control throughout the entire process, especially in our laboratory procedures
  • A smaller, more personalized clinic where we can focus on each patient as an individual, instead of herding patients through IVF without regard to their unique situation
  • Dr. Zoneraich personally manages each patient, does all testing and ultrasounds himself, ensuring a higher level outcome
  • We use the latest technology in our office and in our lab; we have an unparalleled commitment to air quality control, which has a direct impact on the quality of our patients’ embryos
  • Strong commitment to ongoing learning and continuous improvement – we never rest on our past success

The ultimate goal is to help couples to conceive. To work toward this end, our highly skilled team works diligently to stay on top of quality control. We make every effort to continually improve our knowledge base and our methods.

We Publish Our Success Rates - Some Clinics Do Not

If you go through in vitro fertilization, you need assurance that you have the highest chance of achieving your goal of bringing a new life into your family.

Why would so many clinics not show their success rates? Do they have something to hide? Maybe they don't have the proven track record that we do. Do some research and see if you can find a clinic that matches our:

  • High IVF Live Birth Success Rates
  • 3 Attempt IVF & Donor Egg Money Back Guarantee

Recently, several Phoenix area IVF centers have advertised that their IVF success rates are "higher than the national average". Unfortunately, some centers are being less than truthful. The CDC and SART reports for some of these IVF centers show success numbers consistently below the national average. All in vitro fertilization clinics are not the same - evaluate a center's IVF success rates

How to increase your chance for having a successful outcome?

The best way to increase the success of IVF is by having the procedures done at a high quality IVF program. There are important differences in success rates between clinics. For example, if you go to the CDC (or SART) site, you will find clinics with IVF live birth success rates ranging from below 25% to over 50% per egg retrieval procedure for women under age 35.

Other Clinics Claim That We Bias Our Results By Not Accepting Challenging Patients

When we started our education campaign in 2005, many clinics that had been hiding their poor success rates needed something to tell patients when they started asking questions. This one is our favorite – that we only accept patients that have a high likelihood for success. This statement is absurd for many of the following reasons:

  • We accept any and all patients that call us needing help with fertility. There is no pre-screening to become a patient at Advanced Fertility Care
  • All patients are given full access to all treatment options based on their medical needs.
  • As a clinic with high success rates, many patients that are unsuccessful at other clinics finally do some research and come to Advanced Fertility Care for a last try. Thus, the opposite happens … we eagerly take on the more challenging patients!
  • The one true benchmark of a fertility centers quality is the success rates of their Donor Egg IVF Program. By using donor eggs, all variables including patients age, FSH levels, and oocyte quality are equalized. We STRONGLY encourage all patients to follow this link to the CDC website and spend 15 minutes doing your own research. Look specifically for the donor egg rates even if you do not need donor egg. We are confident that after you see the facts, you will then come back to us for your care.
