There are 2 ways to do independent research is you are a patient on IVF Success Rates:

  1. Centers For Disease Control (CDC)
  2. Society For Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART)

Centers For Disease Control (CDC)

The CDC is a governmental organization. All fertility clinics are required by federal law to report their IVF success rates to the government each year. The CDC collects this data and releases a report called the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Report. The report can be looked at by state, by clinic, by year as well as looking at a National Average Report.

The benefit of these reports is that all clinics have to track the data in the same way. The CDC has a good explanation of each item in the report right on their website. The only drawback of the report is that the data is a bit dated as it takes months for live birth rate data to become available. For this reason, Advanced Fertility Care provides more recent data in CDC format on our website.

Society For Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART)

SART is the primary organization of professionals dedicated to the practice of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the United States. ART includes the practice of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The mission of SART is to set and help maintain the standards for ART in an effort to better serve their members and patients.

Unfortunately, not all clinics in Arizona belong and report success rates to SART. However, the data on the SART website tends to be one year later than the CDC website. We recommend using both sites for your research.
